Positive Impact
Create Flow was born out of a desire to make a difference.
We believe that meaningful work can benefit more than the bottom line – it can strengthen people, organisations, communities and the world we share.
Through our work with clients, and through the way we run our own business, we aim to create a ripple effect of positive impact that reaches beyond the immediate project.
How we think about Positive Impact
Our Positive Impact model guides how we work. It brings together four elements – Finance, People, Society and Planet – to help us make thoughtful, sustainable choices in everything we do.
Finance – investing in purposeful, responsible growth
People – supporting wellbeing, learning and fulfilment
Society – building strong, fair and compassionate communities
Planet – protecting and restoring the natural world
This September, Jill is walking 70 miles around the Isle of Wight to raise funds for Keech Hospice Care.
You can read her story and find out how to support her (or sponsor a mindfulness session for your team) here:
Who we support
Our commitment to positive impact extends beyond our client work.
Each year we donate time, resources and 7% of our profits to charities and community organisations that reflect our values.
Practical Action – supporting climate resilience projects around the world
Keech Hospice – through Business Club membership, donations, and fundraising events like Jill’s trek
Create Community CIC – volunteering and pro‑bono support for a local organisation providing a safe space for people who are long‑term unemployed or socially isolated
Why it matters
We see positive impact as an ongoing practice, not a one‑off project.
Every choice we make – as individuals and as a business – is an opportunity to create change for the better.
