A calming, restorative half-day retreat for busy people who want to reset, reconnect and move into the year with clarity.

What the Mindfulness Retreat Is

The Mini Mindfulness Retreat offers a friendly, warm and comfortable space to pause, rest and come back to yourself. No experience is required.

Across the afternoon, you will be guided through gentle mindfulness practices that support calm, presence and a healthier rhythm with work and life. The experience is paced thoughtfully, helping you build steadiness, clarity and resilience without pressure or expectation. Everything is invitational, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace.
