What Pause and Restore Is

Pause and Restore is designed to give you space to step out of the noise and return to your leadership with more clarity, calm and capacity. It’s not a break from leadership. It’s a return to it.

Across a relaxed and restorative afternoon, you’ll experience a blend of guided practices, gentle reflection and time outdoors. Everything is invitational, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace.

Practical Information

Venue: Champneys Henlow Health Spa, Coach Road, Henlow, SG16 6BT
Easily reached from Arlesey Station (5–10 minutes by taxi).

What to bring:
Comfortable, weather-appropriate layers, shoes suitable for soft or muddy ground, and indoor footwear. A warm layer and waterproof can be helpful.

Accessibility:
We’ll spend some time outdoors on grass and uneven ground. If mobility is a concern, let us know and we’ll adapt the experience for you.
